The Entrepreneur stream is a pathway provided by the province of Ontario for those entrepreneurs from outside of Canada interested in starting a new business or buying an existing business in Ontario

Requirement

• Submit an Expression of Interest
• Entrepreneur can nominate 1 business partner who needs to comply to all of the criteria as well
• Investment C$500,000 to C$1 Million (depends on location and sector) with 33.3% of equity per nominee
• Net worth C$800,000 to C$1.5 Million (depends on location and sector) per nominee
• 3 years of work experience as business owner or senior manager in the last 5 years
• Prove CLB 4 before permanent residence application
• Create 2 Full-time jobs
• Active and ongoing management of business
• Live in Ontario for 75% of each year during the performance Agreement period
• Exploratory visit in the last 12 months before applying
• Interviews, business plan and Performance Agreement required

Requirements

• Net worth C$500,000 and investment $300,000 in Yellowknife region
• Net worth C$250,000 and investment C$150,000 outside Yellowknife region
• Deposit C$75,000
• Purchase or become partner in an existing business or start a new one
• 33% ownership or C$1,000,000 investment
• Minimum CLB 4
• Submit Business plan
• 4-day exploratory visit and interview
• Sign performance agreement

Entrepreneur

The Entrepreneurial Stream is for the experienced business owners and senior managers who wish to become permanent residents by owning a business in Saskatchewan and managing it, while living in the province.

Requirements

• Establish, buy or partner in a Saskatchewan business
• Net Worth C$500,000
• Investment:C$300,000 in Regina/Saskatoon OR C$200,000 in other Saskatchewan regions
• 33% ownership OR C$1,000,000 investment
• 3 years of relevant business experience in the past 10
• Sign performance Agreement
• For Regina/Saskatoon create 2 job positions
• Business Establishment plan

Entrepreneur

The Entrepreneur Work permit is a path managed by Prince Edward Island to invest and run a business and be eligible for permanent residency

Requirements

• Start a new business in Prince Edward Island
• Net worth C$600,000
• Investment C$150,000
• 21-59 years of age
• High school diploma
• Minimum CLB 4
• Have employment or business ownership experience
• Submit a performance Agreement
• Active management of the business
• Operate the Business during 12 months before receiving nomination

Entrepreneur

The Nova Scotia Entrepreneur stream is a pathway managed by the province of Nova Scotia that targets business ownership or senior management experience. They must operate the business in Nova Scotia and actively participate in the day to day management of that business

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• High School diploma
• Net worth C$600,000
• Investment C$150,000
• Start a new business or buy an existing one in Nova Scotia and actively managing it
• Relevant business experience in the last 10 years:
• 3 Years as active business owner-manager (33.33% ownership) OR
• More than 5 years as senior manager
• Minimum CLB 5 in English
• Submit an Expression of Interest
• Sign a Business Performance Agreement

Applicant will be nominated for PR after 1 year of business operations

Entrepreneurial Stream

The Entrepreneurial Stream is for the experienced business owners and senior managers who wish to become permanent residents by owning a business in New Brunswick and managing it, while living in the province.

Requirements

• 65 points pass mark
• 22-55 years of age
• 2 years post-secondary education
• Minimum CLB 5
• Net worth C$600,000
• Investment C$250,000
• Experience:
• 3% business ownership for 3 years of last 5; OR
• senior manager for 5 years of last 5; AND
• responsible for 2 employees
• Submit business plan
• Sign a deposit agreement for C$100,000 to be refunded once the business is established and has been operating for 1 year
• Create 2 full-time jobs
• Must keep operating the business for 2 years after the deposit is refunded

Entrepreneurial Stream

The international Student Entrepreneur pilot will provide up to 20 international students (per calendar year) who have graduated in Manitoba the opportunity to pursue entrepreneurship rather than employment.

Requirements

• Graduated from a 2- year post-secondary program in Manitoba
• Minimum CLB 5
• Minimum 3 years of business ownership or senior manager experience in the past 5 years
• Business ownership at least 33.33%
• Must prove settlement funds for 12 months
• Must need business plan
• Must Sign Business Performance Agreement
• Min Net worth of $500,000
• Min Investment of $250,000 or $150,000 in rural Manitoba

Entrepreneurial Stream

The Entrepreneur Immigration is a pathway for those who want to immigrate to British Columbia and ready to invest in and actively manage a valid business.

Requirements

• Personal net worth of at least C$600,000
• Demonstrate business and/or management experience
• Establish an eligible new business or purchase and improve an existing business
• Make an eligible personal investment of at least C$200,000 in the business
• Create at least one new full-time job for a Canadian citizen or permanent resident in the business
• Post-secondary credential OR
• Experience as an active business owner-manager with 100 per cent ownership of the business for at least three of the past five years.

Entrepreneur

Minimum requirements

• Have at least a high school education, If the business requires more education, you must also provide proof of these credentials
• Have minimum 3 years of entrepreneurial or business management experience
• Have minimum 5 years’ work experience that is relevant to your business.
• Have never been denied immigration by the Government of Canada
• Have no active applications for any other provincial or territorial nominee program
• Minimum net worth of at least $500,000 CDN with documentations and verification by a Yukon accounting firm.
• Minimum of $300,000 in liquid assets with documentation and verification by a Yukon accounting firm
• Intend to live permanently live in Yukon
• Agree to live in Yukon with dependents, if applicable, while managing and investing in your own business in Yukon
• Hold a position within your business of (NOC) 0 or A
• Have not yet purchases or started your business in Yukon at the time of your application
• Show you will invest at least $300,000 in capital investments for the business in the first 2 years.
